The Impact of the Crisis on St. Louis
In 2020, the St. Louis Metropolitan Area accounted for 82% of all fatal overdoses of Black people in the State of Missouri. Drug Overdose #1 leading cause of death among adults age 18-44 in Missouri.
Bridging the Service Gap in Communities
GROW-STL is serving the community of North St. Louis which have been lacking enough available resources.
GROW-STL is working to create an access point between resources, treatment providers, services and community members in need.
While GROW-STL cannot address all elements of areas of SDOH gaps in the Saint Louis area, they do play a key role in improving people’s likelihood of positive health outcomes.
